The expansion in teaching of roentgen diagnosis to undergraduates is producing a number of textbooks the use of which permits the limited hours to be available for demonstration purposes. The book is divided into eleven sections, fairly well running the gamut of diseases to which the human body is subjected and in which the x-rays are used for diagnosis.
The first section is devoted to an outline of general principles with brief descriptions of technics employed in roentgenology. A preliminary section on general principles of roentgen diagnosis is an adequate introduction to the subject matter; physics and the technic of taking films are deliberately omitted.
